THE 5 EASY STEPS TO DOWNLOADING YOUR LIBRARY

After you paid for your purchase, you should have received an email from the shop including a COUPON CODE. The coupon code starts with the letters XM, PM or APD. Each COUPON CODE is only valid once for the purchased product.

NOTE: The coupon code is NOT a serial number, it is a voucher to be used to re-purchase the library in this page at no cost, so you will receive the PULSE code to install your library.

IMPORTANT: THE FOLLOWING OPERATION MUST BE DONE FOR EACH PRODUCT YOU NEED TO REDEEM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REDEEM MULTIPLE PRODUCTS AT ONCE WITH MULTIPLE COUPONS.

STEP 1

Find the correct product from the list below and click the image. A pop up cart will appear.

STEP 2

Paste the COUPON CODE (starting with XM or APD) you received from the reseller into the COUPON CODE FIELD as you see in the picture on the right, and click on APPLY.

You will see the reassuring message “YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED TODAY.”

Add your details and complete the purchase (YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED) and click on the PLACE YOUR ORDER button.

STEP 3

You’ll be shown a REDEMPTION KEY (also called LICENSE KEY) to be used with PULSE DOWNLOADER (you will also receive an email with same info from FASTSPRING).

STEP 4

Make sure you choose the correct library, otherwise your coupon will not work. Redeem ONLY ONE COUPON at once. More libraries at once will not be discounted to zero amount.
